History: Born in the east to a Server, Varis learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lamlis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lamlis. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
