History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Thervan embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Thervan and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and to reunite with his old friends

History: Efferil was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A freak accident while working with his Fortune-teller father left him crippled. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Spy for the past few years.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Barkeep kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
