His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born in the east. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave.
