History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fortune-teller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Fortune-teller for the past few years.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Through the years after Rael was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Rael's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Tailor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Junk Dealer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father.
