History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He married young, but lost his spouse to dire rats. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Quarion was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
