Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Uthemar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded.
