History: Eiravel was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bricklayer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Rael was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Rael's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Laborer and was forced into it by his family; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
