History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family A freak accident while working with his Barrister father left him crippled. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born in the south to a Detective, Nutae learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Detective for hire.

His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to clean up the streets
