History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Vanuath grew up listening to his father's many stories. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and revenge

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. Raer is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son.

Description: He is an average looking eastern male in his early mid-life. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. His black hair is long and unkept. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.

Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He bought a scythe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Elven people; and elven compassion
