Description: This man is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His auburn hair is knotted and matted. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his green eyes.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Sailor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: This late middle aged man typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep tan leather and dull grey iron scale mail and is in decent physical shape. Sporting a black mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His eyes are violet and catlike.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Many drow want him driven away; and he wants revenge against drow

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Elves. His skin is light but he possesses many grey ritualistic tattoos. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His auburn hair is long and unkept. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Galinndan was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking western young adult. He wears bulky green painted plate armor. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He wears a small hat to cover his moderate length red hair. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He has all his life been fascinated with singing.

History: Naal was born the youngest of three triplets. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
