His mother taught him the rudiments of the Ploughman arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he has money and likes to spend it

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His childhood dream was to be a Miller, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Miller. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
