Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. Being a Servant kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is a great chef.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Revenge; and retire the richest man in the west

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His childhood dream was to be a Mercenary, but he was a colossal failure. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
