History: Korfel lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His childhood dream was to be a Navigator, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he's looking for his big break

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ploughman for hire.
