History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He usually wears his violet robe and has his longsword always slung over his shoulder. His black hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Born in the east to a Sage, Traki learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His white hair is braided into rings. His amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. The war was a terrible time for him, and Rolen does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He got into the Dilettante business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Animal Trainer, but he got bored and became a Dilettante. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and many dire rats want him driven away

He has a small bristly mustache and wavy brown hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
