History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Efferil was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born to a Crown-heir, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
