History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Immeral has worked very hard to control his curse. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To clean up the streets.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears skinny pants and wears a pastel and white robe with the hood down. With a patchy white beard and wild white hair. His half smiles and amber eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Mindartis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Mindartis. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and a rival would like him out of the picture

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He became a Priest soon after.
