He is dressed in earthy colors with a black and white handkerchief worn on his right side. He has a long red beard with little hanging trinkets. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Sellsword and was forced into it by his family; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His red hair is thinning but still full. He has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nutae grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nutae. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Erdan was born the youngest of three triplets. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the east were limited. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

Voice: Aggressive tone

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His head has been shaved. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. The war was a terrible time for him, and Himo does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His tied-back hair is silver. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. A true patriot, Heian would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born in the south to a Fletcher, Heian learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fletcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fletcher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new fletcher responsibilities is difficult
