History: He got into the Fletcher business at a young age. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He struck the Fletcher job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
