Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Description: This tall, slender man wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a kukri, but if one is not available he will default to his shortbow. He has no hair. His fierce blue eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born into a rich family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His silver hair is cut short. His eyes are brown and catlike.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he's repulsed by the pc

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.
