Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. A true patriot, Mindartis would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Mindartis grew up listening to his father's many stories. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors.
