History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Navigator work with an outfit from a few towns over. Navigator work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He bought a pickaxe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: The child of a Bellfounder, who enjoyed hunting, Varis was taken on many hunting expeditions. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. After a long history of fighting, Varis and his spouse have recently divorced.
