To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Paelias. He struck the Mason job and began his own company from there.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is greedy

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He tends to his Banker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Banker responsibilities is difficult.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
