Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Rolen abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: He comes from a rich western family. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Description: He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He sports a long red beard, and similarly colored long hair. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Arannis's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. The war was a terrible time for him, and Arannis does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Arannis was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When Arannis reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. During his travels, Arannis and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Arannis discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Arannis fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'3" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a violet armored body suit, with a simple black line shooting up and back down. His hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
