History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A gifted student he started as a Dilettante, but he got bored and became a Barkeep. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Born in the west to a Barrister, Efferil learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He struck the Barrister job and began his own company from there.
