Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fisher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
