History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. Arannis liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. The war was a terrible time for him, and Korfel does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He worked as a nervous Doctor and found it very stressful. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Thervan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Thervan. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Naeris was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A freak accident while working with his Tailor father left him crippled. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he feels threatened by others
