Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Lamlis was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
