He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Beiro fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Vanuath was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

History: Paelias hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His childhood dream was to be a Butcher, but he was a colossal failure. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 7 years.

History: Paelias was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Beggar and occasionally as a mercenary.
