Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Naal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized yellow coat. His deerstalker hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Erdan enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Performer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
