Personality: He is happy with his job as a Navigator. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. Mindartis was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Mindartis decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Laucian hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Laucian alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and many gnolls want him driven away

History: Himo was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He now owns his own business.

History: Born in the west to a Cartwright, Traki learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Cartwright for hire.
