Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He bought a flail and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nutae grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nutae. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He got into the Carter business at a young age. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
