Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, he wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His auburn hair has been sun bleached extensively. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Raer was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Nutae isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: Nutae hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he wants revenge against brigands

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: He was born in a small forest village. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
