Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. He takes great joy in being the best Carter in town.

History: Ahvain was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He became a Carter soon after.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new carter responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Layabout. He has worked as a Layabout like his father before him.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
