Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Apothecary they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Fortune-teller, and he later adopted a second son.

He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
