History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Doctor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

History: Berrian was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Berrian never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
