History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Through the years after Arannis was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Arannis's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Cartwright. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wants his loneliness to end

History: Galinndan lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
