History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: Born in the west to a Fisher, Uthemar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Architect, but he got bored and became a Fisher. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
