History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Uthemar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now owns his own business.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Varis was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
