History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nim grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nim fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone.
