Personality: Lamlis speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Lamlis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Lamlis was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Tailor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Tailor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers.
