Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bellfounder arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Born in the south to a Bellfounder, Uthemar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
