Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. Being a Ruler kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
