Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born in the north to a Assassin, Varis learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He now owns his own business.

History: Aelar hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He's also a talented Soapmaker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
