History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Halimath grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Halimath. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Arannis isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Arannis lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Jeweler arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge.
