History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He became a Carter soon after.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and balancing his hectic life and new mayor responsibilities is difficult
