He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Quarion was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. After a long history of fighting, Quarion and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He has a long silver beard with little hanging trinkets. Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Born to a Map Maker, his father struggled to pay the bills. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Fisher. He has worked as a Fisher like his father before him.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and balancing his hectic life and new fisher responsibilities is difficult
