History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Carter arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He's also a talented Miller, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Galinndan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Fortune-teller. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fortune-teller for hire.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and to get a good night's sleep

He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.
