Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Varis embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
