Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Masseuse hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His first spouse was a Mayor, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
