History: Varis was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has achieved small success as a Bookbinder.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Laucian grew up listening to his mother's many stories. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right.
